Professional gives every property 20 pieces from the full 250+ library. But some properties in your portfolio might warrant more - your flagship location, your most distinctive property, your highest revenue site. Content composed specifically about that place. Dreamscapes set on its particular loch. Soundscapes captured near its grounds. Stories about its specific history. Bespoke local content is available as a paid add-on on any property in your Professional account. Bespoke pieces sit in addition to that property's 20-piece publishing limit - they don't replace pieces you've chosen from the catalogue. Available per property, scoped per engagement.
Any property 50 rooms or above? You'll route to Enterprise.
Professional is built for groups of 2 to 9 properties where every property is under 50 rooms. If any single property in your group has 50 rooms or more, the entire group routes to Enterprise. Larger properties need more content, more dedicated support, and access to the full Enterprise feature set - including AI Companion and Journey Programmes. The same applies if you operate 10 or more properties of any size.
